This Privacy Policy explains how Wildcard Growth LLP, trading as Nature's Charge ("we", "us"), registered office 32 Kinburn Street, London SE16 6DW, United Kingdom, collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit trynaturescharge.com, place an order, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services"). We are the controller of your personal data. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Information we collect

Contact details - name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number.
Order and payment information - products ordered, transaction details. Payments are processed by secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
Account and communication data - messages you send to customer service, review or survey responses.
Device and usage data - IP address, browser and device information, and how you navigate the Services, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

To process, ship and deliver your orders, including sending order and shipping confirmations.
To provide customer service and handle returns, guarantee claims and complaints.
To send marketing emails if you have signed up or purchased from us; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
To improve our website, products and marketing, including analytics and advertising measurement.
To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting rules).

We process your data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation.

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes above. Order data is retained as long as required by tax law; marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk); if you live in the EU you can contact the data protection authority in your own country.
