These Terms of Service apply to every order placed through trynaturescharge.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

3. Our products

Our products are food supplements. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Products containing melatonin are intended for adults only.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the displayed currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free; applicable import taxes and duties are covered by us. Payment is processed at checkout via the secure payment methods offered. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are indications, not guaranteed deadlines.

6. Returns, withdrawal and guarantee

Returns, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the stated interval and price until cancelled. You can pause or cancel at any time before the next renewal via the link in your subscription emails or by contacting us.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for damage caused by use of the products contrary to the instructions on the label. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for defective products under applicable product liability rules.

All content on this website (texts, images, branding) is our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
