Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden costs at delivery: applicable import taxes and duties are covered by us.
Processing time
Orders are processed and ready to ship within 24 hours on business days. As soon as your order ships from one of our warehouses worldwide, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Estimated delivery times
- United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium & Italy: 8 to 14 business days
- Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 8 to 16 business days
- Rest of Europe & Asia: 8 to 18 business days
- Mexico & all other countries: 10 to 25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships. Most parcels fit through the letterbox, so you do not need to stay home for delivery.
P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.
Order tracking
You can follow your parcel at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after the shipping label is created.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@trynaturescharge.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can usually correct the address if the order has not yet shipped.
