30-day money-back guarantee
Try the product for up to 30 days after delivery. If you feel no difference, email us at info@trynaturescharge.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund your purchase, no difficult questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first order of a product and covers one box per customer.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period at info@trynaturescharge.com. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food supplements are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once the seal is broken. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above is more generous and also covers opened products.
How to return
- Email info@trynaturescharge.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Returns are free within 30 days.
- Once your return or guarantee claim is approved, we process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Shipping costs do not apply, as shipping is always free.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next renewal via the link in your subscription confirmation email, or by contacting us.
