90-night money-back guarantee

Use the product every evening for up to 90 nights after delivery. If you are not satisfied, email us at info@trynaturescharge.com within 90 nights of receiving your order and we refund the full purchase price, no difficult questions asked. You do not have to send anything back: there is no return shipping and you keep the box or jar. The guarantee covers your first order of each product, for one order per customer.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period at info@trynaturescharge.com. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food supplements are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once the seal is broken. Our voluntary 90-night money-back guarantee above is more generous and also covers opened products.

How to claim

  1. Email info@trynaturescharge.com with your order number and what you experienced.
  2. We reply within 1 business day. For a guarantee claim you keep the product; nothing needs to be returned. If you prefer to return an unopened product under the statutory right of withdrawal, we send you the return address; you pay the return postage.
  3. Once your claim is approved, we process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Any shipping fee you paid on the order is refunded together with the product price.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next renewal via the link in your subscription emails, or by contacting us. The 90-night guarantee applies to the first delivery of a subscription.
